About Us

A Good Catch brings the vibrant taste of Hawaii to the heart of Leamington Spa. Inspired by island living and the ocean’s freshest flavours, we serve up colourful, nourishing poke bowls made with sustainably sourced ingredients and a whole lot of aloha.


Our story began with a love for fresh food and good vibes. After discovering poke on our travels, we wanted to share that same sunshine-filled experience here at home — a place where people can eat well, feel good, and enjoy a taste of the islands no matter the weather outside.


At A Good Catch, we believe in freshness first. Every bowl is made to order, packed with responsibly caught fish, vibrant veggies, and bold, zesty sauces. Whether you’re craving a classic ahi tuna bowl or building your own with tofu and tropical toppings, you’ll find a healthy dose of flavour and fun in every bite.

The owner was incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made the whole experience even better. It’s a cozy spot with a warm atmosphere, and I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend if you’re looking for delicious and healthy food in town!

  • Cannot express how much of a gem this place is.

    The lady that runs it is amazing - always friendly and remembers regulars. Her miso soup (which is free) is one of the best I've tasted and I've lived in Japan for 2 years.

    The real attraction is the poke bowls but she has recently started doing sushi as well which doesn't disappoint - also one of the best I've had and definitely the best in Leam (although I've not had Nana's as they only do them on special occasions)

    It's probably something to do with the temperature and seasoning of the rice and the way she cooks the rice.

    Bear in mind that the sushi menu isn't extensive so it's not a "sushi restaurant" but if you want sushi that reminds you of Japan I'd recommend.

  • Good Catch is a brilliant find in the heart of Leamington Spa. The owner, Mandi, is incredibly welcoming and brightens your day with her warm smile. During my visit, I was treated to a complimentary miso soup, which was super yummy! The salmon poke bowl I had was absolutely delightful—fresh, flavorful, and nourishing. It's the kind of meal that leaves you feeling great. I’ll definitely be a regular at this new favorite spot!

  • I have had about 20 of these Poké bowls now and can honestly say they are the nicest ones I’ve ever had served by the loveliest lady you will ever , Mandi! They are so tasty and delicious, and with the freshest ingredients it’s my favourite meal in the world! Thank you so much, Mandi for delivering every service with such a big smile! my little boys Love you too.
